How to make a return
Not fully satisfied with your order? No problem: you have 30 days to request a return using the Easy Return procedure.
Here is the procedure to follow:
- Log in to your account and visit https://7camicie.com/pages/returns
- Tell us the reason for the return and click on "send return request".
- Once the return request has been authorised, you will find the order number in your profile. Please write this number outside your package. It is not necessary to print or insert any document in the package.
- At this point send your package to:

We remind you that the transport costs and any customs charges for the shipment of the package are directly charged to the customer.We advise you to choose a courier who provides you with a shipment tracking code so that you can always track your return
The Returns Office will not accept shipments for which payment of customs duties will be required.
Returns sent without following the procedure described above will not be processed and refunded.
The processing and refund times are 14/20 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods at the 7camicie warehouses.
